Whether you're a designer creating a medical gas system, a contractor installing one, or an engineer responsible for maintenance, we can be an asset to you. Here's how:
Design
For stand-alone, new construction or renovation/alteration to an existing structure, we can provide plan review to insure compliance with NFPA criteria. This saves time and money by avoiding unnecessary redundancy or accidental omission of required parts or configuration.
Construction
A third-party is required to perform verification procedures following an installer's tests, per NFPA99 criteria. But we don't pounce on a contractor at the end of a project and criticize. We form a rapport early on and act as advisor (where desired) in all manner of medical gas pipeline specifications. Sometimes contract scopes inadvertently neglect a given task (Who lands the wires at this new master alarm panel?), and we can provide assistance. We're there to help you solve problems, not just tell you that there is one.
Maintenance
Our Annual PM Inspections (Per NFPA, Joint Commission, and applicable state and local code) will be thorough but efficient, and always followed by prompt reporting, available to you in traditional bindered format, but also digitally, in user-friendly, menu-based software.

And, if you need help with repairs, we have technical knowledge of all types of source and pipeline equipment. Is an outlet blowing? An alarm panel acting strange? We can fix it, or we can retro-fit it.
